Well, the little porker is a full year old, and he continues to eat and grin, both to excess. Here are a few photos from the birthday party we had fro him over at Papa and Gagi's. He didn't seem to excited about the cake, so Anna helped blow out the candles. We also went for the typical 'covered in red spaghetti sauce'' photo shoot.

The girl scouts put on a father daughter sweethearts ball and I took Anna to it this year. What a great time! We did the hokey pokey and the chicken dance, we had snacks and lemonade, and then Anna found her friends Emily and Rachael and they ran amok and danced on the stage for the rest of the evening.

A BLAST FROM THE PAST! -- 2.23.2004

Found some old photos in a bunch of stuff my mom sent me. The year, 1987. I was graduating from college. Like, totally graduating from a college in most excellent way. That's my mom and flip, also very groovy.

Notice the guy behind me with the very serious tie. No tie for me! I think I was really surprised to have made it this far, and I was trying to frame my view of the world through some very literally rose colored glasses. Hard to believe it was me, and it wasn't really that long ago. Seems like forever.

No time to write, I really need to get back to work. Just posting a couple of things.

The other night PJ got up and crawled into bed with Anna. Kathleen found them in bed together 'nuggling'. Such cute kids.

PJ looked at the shoes I was putting on this Sunday morning and told me "I don't want you to put on the shoes that make you go to work."

"PJ, its not the shoes that make me go to work. And I'm not going to work today. We are going to church."

"No. Those shoes make you go to work. I don't want you to put them on.!" He then crinkled his eyebrows into a big V to show me how serious he was.
